Here I am going to be going to make sure that I am not going to be running into any kinds of issues while I am filming my advert. I Have come up with this idea on my own and I have made sure that this whole idea was indeed my own idea because I know that if i have used an Idea that is not my own i will be done for copyright because I have not asked to use that persons Idea. It is the same with the music that I will be using for the background music that will be playing in the background because I will need permission before I can use it within the advert.
I also need to make sure that I do not use any kind of risky content that will upset anyone who is watching the advert. if I use risky content that will upset anyone I can get in a lot of trouble for what I have done and for not looking at the Regulations and the advert will either be taken down or will not be able to be put on TV, then all that money and hard work will be a waste of time. I also need to make sure that I am not using false advertising with the phone being water proof because if I say that the phone is water proof and the phone turns out not to be then I can get into a lot of trouble with ASA and BCAP because I have said something that the phone does not actually do which means I can be fined for the false advertising of the phone.
